Dhukk is better for waves (AE atk down and a great provoke) while Tayrel is better for boss turnmeter reduction. Normally my answer to these either/or questions is that the order doesn't matter and you should just do both. And while that's true, since you don't have a proper decrease defense champ built up you should focus on dhukk first. Kinda surprised you're having trouble with those dungeons though, to be honest.
