Hand brake for Polaris trail boss 250 1991. Hi - I have had this quad for 5 months now.. replaced the starter, taken the clutch apart and just finished replacing the front brake calipers and bleeding the brakes. Its a nice but rough quad but I use it every day -. I would first of all like to thank you all for helping me along the way.To take a plug reading, you have to operate the engine at the speed you want to check, run at that speed for about 5 minutes, kill the engine and coast to a stop, pull the plug and make the reading. The yellow and black wires should not have voltage on them - the yellow wires go to the rec/reg to charge the battery.
